Crystal scent bottle with three Napoleonic portraits

Crystal bottle with white ceramic paste inlays, produced in the now lost Cristallerie de Vonêche in southern Belgium, in the province of Namur, with a double portrait of Napoleon and his second wife Marie Louise, later Duchess of Parma. On the back is a portrait of their son, the “King of Rome” (1811-1832), based on the portrait by Jean-Baptiste Isabey. Hinged silver stopper with hallmarks. This process is erroneously called sulphide glass.
