Heart shaped porcelain scent bottle depicting the Lawrence Chemist of Knaresborough, the oldest chemist shop in England. Established in 1720 by John Beckwick, It became famous when P. Lawrence & Son took over in 1884 to 1965 (ceased trading in 1997). Silver mount with screw cap; illegible marks.
