White porcelain scent bottle painted with a scene of two Prussian soldiers on the battle-field. The back side is white. Metal crown top. The spiked helmet, or Pickelhaube, was used by the Prussian and Imperial German armies until 1916, then was replaced during trench warfare in World War I.
