Flat teardrop perfume bottle in thick white-veined green Nailsea glass with a later Victorian silver cap

Flat drop scent bottle in thick green Nailsea glass veined with white. The silver cap is marked for Birmingham, 1899, but in my collection it happens to have added later caps on older bottles. The cut at the base, the narrowing of the neck and the chips near the rim make me think that this bottle wasn’t born to be silver mounted. Moreover the bottle is concave and usually this is a sign of a very early work.
